This project focused on creating a cohesive social media presence for a trauma-informed wellness brand targeting women in their 30s–50s who are interested in healing and self-discovery. The goal was to design content that felt safe, empowering, and visually consistent while speaking directly to their audience’s desire for calm, connection, and growth.
I developed branded templates, curated visuals, and crafted messaging that highlighted mindfulness, self-compassion, and practical healing tools. The result was a cohesive social media feed that built trust, reinforced brand identity, and gave the client confidence in showing up consistently online.
